Readers' Choice Awards Voting Opens Today

This year’s Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Awards promises to be even bigger and better than last year’s . Nearly 200 products and services have been nominated in 20 categories, and you can always enter a write-in vote if you don’t see your favorite products or services listed among the nominees.

To vote, go to the Readers' Choice Awards page, enter your name and email, and you’ll be taken to the voting page. Voting is open until August 25, but we’ll be selecting one reader per week for four weeks to win an 8GB iPod Touch, so the earlier you vote, the better chance you’ll have of winning.

Winners will be publicly announced at Streaming Media West in San Jose, September 23-25, as well as in the October/November issue of Streaming Media magazine and a special online video feature on StreamingMedia.com. Just like last year, we’ll be hosting a gala awards reception open to show attendees; watch the Readers’ Choice Awards page for details. Winners will be notified prior to the public announcements soon after the voting closes.

This year, we'll also be presenting one award--the Regional (Europe) Delivery Network--at Streaming Media Europe in London on October 16.
